The Kwara State Director of the National Orientation Agency, Mr Olusegun Adeyemi has on behalf of the Agency extended warm greetings to the Muslim community in Kwara State on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Fitr, marking the completion of the holy month of Ramadan.
“This festive season reinforces the values of brotherhood, dedication, and the pursuit of mutual respect and understanding,” says Mr. Adeyemi.
“We commend the devoutness and spiritual commitment of our Muslim brothers and sisters across Kwara State during this sacred month of fasting, prayer, and reflection.”
The National Orientation Agency acknowledges the significant role that the Ramadan period plays in fostering a sense of community and spiritual growth. It is a time when individuals are encouraged to reflect on the virtues of empathy, charity, and coexistence.
As the crescent moon ushers in the joy of Eid, Mr. Adeyemi urges all residents of Kwara State, regardless of religious affiliation, to come together in celebration and solidarity. “Let us take this time to strengthen the bonds of friendship and continue to work towards a peaceful and prosperous Kwara State,” he adds.
