Governor Seyi Makinde of State has approved N554 million as bursary allowances for undergraduate students from Oyo State for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Students who have registered for the bursary should check their portal pages to confirm if they have been shortlisted for the screening process.
The screening process will be conducted as follows:
Undergraduate Students: Monday, 10th March – Friday, 14th March 2025
Law Students: Monday, 17th March – Thursday, 20th March 2025
Those selected and resident in Ibadan must visit the Oyo State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Secretariat, Ibadan, with the following documents for verification:
- Completed bursary application form
- Local Government Identification Certificate
- Admission letter
- School ID card
- Bank details, including SWIFT/SORT code
Students residing outside Ibadan are advised to liaise with their institution’s Student Affairs Unit or forward their documents to the Board Secretary, Chairman, or Senior Special Assistant on Student Affairs for processing.
All shortlisted applicants are urged to comply with the guidelines and deadlines to ensure a smooth screening and disbursement process.
